Spammers are the lowest, basest, most worthless form of life to ever slouch across the face of Mother Earth. Sharks are part of an ecosystem, slime molds have a niche, and even Republicans have something of value to offer now and then, but spammers are nothing but a pollutant, like mercury in water.

More specifically, in the several hours since I last posted about spam, the same person (or more likely, script) posted three more spam comments. This misbegotten, maladjusted, vile, nauseating excuse for human being goes by BIMMM, and if I ever meet him(?) on the street, it will be the ultimate test of my commitment to non-violence. Anyway, in the meantime, this means I can only allow comments from people who are logged in. That's most of you anyways, but now it will have to be all of you.
