The piece, which you can link to from right here is entitled "America's Lawyers to Bush & Co: Please Abide by the Constitution". In the article I argue that a report by the American Bar Association has gotten scant coverage in the media, to our collective detriment.

The piece points out that this ABA report calls on Presidenmt Bush to obey the Constitutional limits which forbid domestic spying without a warrant. Since the mainstrean media has not covered this report I conclude that either the media didn't get the ABA report, or they got the report and ignored it as not newsworthy.

I also point out that the lawyers are apparently not applying pressure to the media to get their report covered, and wonder why.
