Chlorophyll

On Sept 30th the Charlotte Area Green Party, North Carolina Green Party, York County (SC) Greens, and several non-GP local branches of national groups like Code Pink and strictly local groups came together to sponsor a rally calling for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney. Speakers included Nadia Mc Caffery and Summer Lipford who lost sons in Iraq, David Swanson, founder of AfterDowningStreet.org, Ann Wright, retired US diplomat and military for almost forty years, Tom Turnipseed, and me from South Carolina, and local speakers like Ahmad Daniels and Brian Stayton.

Those with high speed access and/or a lot of patience can hear some of the speakers well at my blog. I posted what I could via my cell phone, but as you might imagine, there are limits to the resulting quality.

I specifically would encourage folks to listen to Ann Wright and Summer Lipford.
