The Green National Committee has not passed a new budget yet. As a stop-gap measure to allow the national party to meet our obligations and pay our bills, the Steering Committee has offered Proposal 259.

The "problem" is that a 2/3 super-majority of states must vote on this proposal or it fails for lack of a quorum. Thus far, only 15 states have voted, leaving us far from the goal. With only three days left, please ask your state's delegates to vote today.
